19c Ovoid Redware Jar  

 brownish gray glaze....Red showing through on side and bottom....

8 inches tall....opening is 5 3/4 inches.....Bottom is 5 1/2 inches in diameter.....

No cracks....one chip on the inner rim opening which is worn smooth....I think these were used as Grease Jars....

Love the Ovoid shape.
